Web Application Programming

Web Application Programming is the process of creating software that resides on remote servers and is delivered to the user's device over the internet. Unlike traditional websites, web applications focus on high levels of interactivity and functional tasks, utilizing a combination of Front-End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for user interface design and Back-End logic (Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java) for data processing and database management.

This course covers both front-end and back-end aspects of modern web development. Students will learn different concepts of web development and concepts of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and working with databases. By the end of the course, learners will be able to design, develop, and deploy functional web applications that meet industry standards.
By the end of this course, students will be able to: • Understand the fundamental concepts, architecture, and protocols of the web. • Develop responsive, interactive and dynamic web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. • Integrate databases with web applications for data storage and retrieval. • Utilize version control tools for collaboration and project management. • Deploy and maintain websites on web servers or cloud platforms.
Laboratory work includes creating web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. At the end this course, students will be able to build a complete web project that includes front-end, back-end, database, and deployment.
