Course Description

This course introduces project management fundamentals, the PMI framework, and organizational structures for managing projects. It covers core knowledge areas including integration, time, cost, quality, communication, risk, and procurement management. The course also addresses custom IT project methodologies, certification, and the balanced scorecard approach to ICT project management.
