This course introduces organizational and management principles, including management theories, ownership forms, and organizational structures. It covers purchasing, marketing, and personnel management, along with motivation and leadership theories. The course also explores entrepreneurship, case study methodology, and management information systems.

To acquire knowledge in the field of organizational management and internal organization of companies required for managing an enterprise; To acquire knowledge in the field of personnel management, motivation and leadership for developing managerial skills; To gain knowledge for starting a small scale unit independently; To gain knowledge on case study and management information system.
